The Faculty of Electrical Engineering at CTU in Prague invites you to the fifth edition of the MRS (Multi-Robot Systems) Summer School from July 29 to August 2, 2024. This event will host 240 students from 37 countries, including those from top universities like MIT and Stanford.
Organized by the Multi-Robot Systems Group, the program includes lectures, seminars, and hands-on sessions using state-of-the-art autonomous drones. The practical challenge will focus on the autonomous surveillance of industrial sites, with teams programming drones to guard and monitor various objects.
Renowned speakers such as Professor Andrew Davison from Imperial College London and Professor Sebastian Scherer from Carnegie Mellon University will be presenting. The event also features social activities, including a welcome party and a beer-tasting tour in Prague’s historic center.
Doc. Martin Saska, head of the organizing group and a key researcher in our ROBOPROX project, will also be attending this summer school. He will focus on the topic “Research of groups of aerial robots at CTU in Prague”.
